What should you not send us?

Please do not send payment details, bank information, or passwords through the contact form. We will never ask for such information. Also note that we are an information portal — we do not buy or sell scrap metal ourselves, so we cannot quote you a buying price or arrange pickups.

How fast do we reply?

We read every message and aim to reply within two working days. Rate corrections are reviewed first, since accurate prices are the core of this site.
